  1. New SMS BANKING User Registration

    Please fill in the SMS Banking application form and submit it to any of our branches. Please select the new user registration (English Form / Arabic Form) option in the form.

    The completed form, duly signed by all the account holders along with a copy of applicant’s ID, may be given at any Bank Sohar branch. It may also be sent to the following address:

    You may collect your SMS PIN from the branch where you requested in the form after 4 working days of the Bank’s receipt of the request. You may change your PIN anytime by sending an SMS in the pre-defined format or by logging into Al Mumayaz Internet Banking.

  2. Forgot PIN

    If you forgot your SMS PIN you may call the call center on 24730000 and request for a reissue of PIN. You may also select the ‘SMS PIN re-issue option(English Form / Arabic Form),’ in the application form. The completed form, duly signed by all account holders, may be submitted at any branch. You can collect your new SMS PIN from the requested branch after 4 working days of the Bank’s receipt of the request.
