Who is Eligible?

Omani citizens and expatriates employed in government and in approved private sector companies.

Age

Minimum 18 and maximum 60 at maturity of loan.

Loan Amount

Up to 80% of the value of the property. Maximum loan amount is calculated based on monthly income and total Debt Service Commitment of the customers.

Interest Rate

Attractive interest rate starting from 7.6%*. Interest will be reviewed at two yearly rests.

Insurance

Bank has an exclusive arrangement for property and life insurance cover to the customers availing the housing loan facility at attractive terms.

Period

Maximum period is 30 years including grace period up to 18 months.

Repayment

The loan is repayable in equated monthly installments over the period of the loan.
